1. Membership and Facility Access
- Membership Options: Membership with The Pickle Social Club is optional. Players may reserve courts and participate in events without a membership by paying standard guest rates. Members receive discounted pricing and other benefits. Both members and guests are welcome to use the facility during posted hours of operation.
- Liability Waiver: All participants, including guests, must complete and agree to The Pickle Social Club’s liability waiver prior to playing. Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Waivers are available online and at the front desk.
- Amenities: The facility offers restrooms and water stations for participant convenience. A lounge containing a full-service bar for liquor, beer, wine, soft drinks, and energy drinks, along with pre-packaged foods to be warmed, and partnerships for food delivery from area food establishments.
2. Court Rules and Player Etiquette
- Conduct on Courts: Players are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and respect toward others at all times. Harassment, abusive language, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the facility or suspension of privileges at management’s discretion.
- Rules of Play: All pickleball activities at The Pickle Social Club follow the official rules established by USA Pickleball.
- Equipment and Dress Code:
- Only approved pickleball paddles and balls may be used.
- Proper athletic clothing and non-marking athletic shoes are required on all courts.
3. Fees and Payments
- Rates and Charges: Membership fees, court rental rates, and event pricing are subject to change and may vary based on programming or availability. Current pricing is available through The Pickle Social Club or by contacting staff directly.
4. Liability and Safety
- Assumption of Risk: Participation in pickleball and other physical activities involves inherent risks. By using the facility, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with play.
- Personal Health: Players are responsible for determining their own physical ability to participate. Those with medical concerns should consult a healthcare professional before engaging in play.
- Injuries and Property: The Pickle Social Club and Pickleball Mill Run LLC are not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or loss or damage to personal belongings. Players should take reasonable precautions to protect themselves and their property.
5. Code of Conduct
- Respect for People and Property: All players must treat staff, fellow players, and facility equipment with care and respect.
- Clean Environment: Please help maintain a clean facility by properly disposing of trash and keeping the courts tidy.
- Rule Compliance: Participants must follow all posted rules and any instructions from staff.
